Do we need a technical team already in place before working with you?
Not at all. Many of our clients are at the beginning of their AI journey. We work with the team and infrastructure you have, and help you understand what additional capability might be worth building over time. We aim to make our recommendations realistic for your current situation.
How long does the Workforce AI Transition Support engagement typically last?
It varies considerably depending on your organisation's size and how much change is involved. A smaller team moving to one new AI-assisted workflow might need a few weeks of structured support. A larger organisation navigating a department-wide shift may benefit from three to six months of ongoing engagement. We discuss scope and duration openly before you make any commitment.
Is the Predictive Analytics Training delivered on-site or remotely?
We can accommodate both. Many organisations in Penang and the broader northern region prefer in-person sessions for the practical exercises. Remote delivery works well too, particularly for teams with participants across multiple locations. We'll discuss what suits your setup when you get in touch.
Can the Data Pipeline Architecture service work with our existing software?
Yes — in most cases. Our approach starts with understanding what you already use. We look at your current data sources, the tools your team is familiar with, and any integration constraints before recommending a pipeline design. We try to build on what's already working rather than replacing everything from scratch.

What's included varies with scope, so we'd prefer to discuss your situation before quoting precisely. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit.
